Brie Alford is an associate at Mukasey Young. She helps defend clients in healthcare fraud and abuse matters and advise clients on compliance with federal healthcare statutes and regulations, including the Anti-Kickback Statue, HIPAA, and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement. She has experience representing an array of healthcare providers and entities, such as ambulatory surgical centers, nursing homes, and behavioral health centers. During law school, Brie pursued her passion for advising healthcare clients as an extern for Phoenix Children's Hospital.
